PAC Visioning meeting- WEDNESDAY October 3rd:
We would like to decide on a location for our PAC Visioning meeting,
and to do that, we just need to know, how many people are planning to
come?
The idea is to meet at the school at 6:15 and do a 15-20
minute walk around the grounds. This will be the starting point of our
brainstorming of what the school may need in the future (new playground?
new basketball court? etc).
We will then move to either the
school (if we have a lot of people attending) or to Carolyn's home
(which is a short walk from the school), if our numbers are lower. The
reason for doing it at Carolyn's is that we would have a little more
flexibility in terms of time, as meetings at the school must be finished
by 8:15.
Please RSVP by SUNDAY Sept 30, as I need to give Mr Cardle two days notice for the use of the school for a meeting.
Once you have RSVP'd, meet at the main playground in front of the mural, at 6:15 on Wednesday, to start our walk!
Treats will be provided for the meeting. Let me know if anyone else is interested in bringing something delicious to share :)
